the flax seed do contain oil so while Flax oil is a really good way to add EFA(essential fatty acids) to your regular diet I would think if you do it on the
Master-Cleanse the system will hafta deal with the digestion of the oils and thus cranking up the digestion.
I shop at Whole Food and I've bought both husks and the P pwder there. If taste and texture are a concer for the BP I highly recomend the P powder over the husks if you use the powder it's one tsp vs 1 tbsp of husks.
The BP shakes have to be drunk almost immediately after mixing cause otherwise it will gel up to the consistency of cooked oatmeal in a short time. The fromula as I know it is
1 tsp of P powder or 1 tblsp of the husks
1 tbsp of hydrated bentonite
Mix with 10
oz h2O and the follow with another 10
oz of plain h2O.
Because of the highly absorbtive nature of the B the shakes must be done either withing one hr before or after 1 hr of taking any nutrition or if on the
Master-Cleanse the lemonade.
Right after I mix mine I slam it down so the taste has never been an issue for me. The longer you let the mix sit after mixing the goopier it gets. The texture of the powder, at least for me, is alot more palatable.
