I wish you the best. Just remember during the "cookouts" that it might smell good, but you are going to feel a WHOLE lot better than those who consume it that evening ... and the days that follow.
My initial goal is 10 days, but I want to achieve that first, then re-evaluate for a possible extended goal. You know...you can only eat an elephant one bite at a time! I don't want to set a goal that I may not achieve, then feel like a failure...so I'll set it at 10 days for now. My husband is doing it with me, so that helps. But everyone at work thinks I'm going to end up in a hospital or something, so there's not alot of encouragement there.
I know that with making the right choices and with God's help, I can get through each day. Look at each day as a small goal, it will be easier that way. Let me know how you are doing. I'm ok so far. Feeling a little icky still from the SWF, and I am very cold (body temp). I had cold chills for about an hour after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
and I can't seem to warm up. Plus, I'm thinking about leaving the pepper out tomorrow.........YUK!
