Trying to make my story short here:
Had my first sinus infection EVER in jan 13. It did not go away and I was on antibiotics. Did not work, so I was treated with antiobiotics for 8 months. (I stopped after reading stuff on curezone about candida) - I also moved out from an apartment where I suspected mold! (Old basement)
Started suffering from yeast infections and fungal skin rashes and problems with digestion in feb/march - still suffering from it.
In august I had sinus surgery, they removed the infected mucus.
Two weeks after surgery, symptoms flared up: Sinusitis again.
And now it comes and goes every two weeks, hurts like hell.
Questions are;
If I, in the beginning, got the infection from mold in my apartment - could the infection keep on coming due to candida? In spite of that I moved out long time ago?
I started the candida diet (strict!). Two weeks into the diet I have a new infection - Could that be die off?
Do I need antifungals to kill the yeast totally? (Other than coconut oil, garlic, Apple cider vinegar, probiotics)
Can my fungal skin rashes heal from the diet or do I need topical creams?
My doctors, of course, have never heard of candida and tells me that only people with AIDS will get these symptoms.. They keep perscribing me antibiotics and telling me I might need more surgery (It has to be added that health care is free where I live, so it's not because they want money..)
I appreciate your help
