I just did a Liver Flush Sat night and Sun Morn.. I was very worried about how it would taste with the grapefruit juice and epsom. I had no problems with it. Also no problems with the grapefruit juice and olive oil. my stomach has felt a little bloated, but not too bad. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to the bathroom since this morning. Each time I have gotten out tiny stones. I had 2 or 3 the size of peas, but most of them were about 1/4 the size of a pea. One time the whole surface of the toilet was completely covered with tiny stones. I felt a few of them and they were like green candle wax. The only problem that I have had with this whole experience is that my hemorrids are killing me. I havent counted my stones, cause there have just been too many and they are so tiny. probly 200 or 300 the one time the toilet was full. Then 8-10 each other time I have gone. Well I just wanted to share my experience. I will probably do this again in a month.

I also finished my 10 days on Master-Cleanse Sunday. Yesterday and today I am doing OJ. I am going to start my veggie broth this evening. I lost another 1/2 lb yesterday. In total I lost 13 lbs since I started the MC. Thanks for your help and support.
