I really, really want to be able to do a liver/gallbladder flush. They seem pretty intensive..
The only concern with that is my weight. I was very underweight last year and have since been trying to maintain a healthy and stable weight. It seems like a cleanse would be counter-productive, especially since experts are always saying that only a few won't make a big difference in your overall gallstone buildup.
But with all that I keep reading about it, and how much I am trying to detoxify my body in the meantime, can I really afford NOT to flush? It seems like many of my detoxes (Mag07, DE, LOLA, PB Shakes, coffee enemas.. A lot of colon stuff because I can't kidney cleanse
either) are less efficient in the meantime.
Thoughts? Also, any other detoxes I CAN do without affecting my weight too badly?
