Thanks Danny for the link and info I did use salt but it was iodized salt. Is that Okay??
Monday 11/18/2013 I did my first nystatin enema. First of I did 2
water enemas to clean out my colon. During my first
water enema it was discomfort but did manage to hold it in. When I used the bathroom dodo did come out. So I went on to the 2nd
water enema it was the same discomfort but this time when I used the bathroom I saw something white in the toilet. Could this be candida yeast dieoff???
Here's a picture I took

So After that is when I took the Nystatin enema w/ the salt added. surprisingly I didn't feel nearly as much discomfort as the
water enemas hardly at all. I didn't even use the bathroom that night nor did I tuesday but this wednesday morning 11/20/2013 I did. I was constipated but concentrated and got it out. Then I saw something that I'm almost sure is die off. Take a look....

I certainly feel better and "LESS STIFF" around my lower back and sides Maybe it was the candida that was attached to my colon causing it to be so stiff. I know I still have a ways to go but I'm excited to do more nystatin enemas. But I have a question can I take nystatin enemas and S.boulardii at the same time??? I'm recieving it in the mail today.
