Thinking back, I was put on the pill when I was 16 to try and regulate my unstable periods. I was on it for about 4 years. I went back on to a progesterone-only pill between and after my subsequent pregnancy but realised after that it had probably been the cause of my milk drying up in both cases and only being able to breast feed for a few weeks, so stopped the pill completely.
Because my periods were so heavy and a bit unstable, I obviously had hormonal issues before I was even put on the pill, and I have no doubt that likely mucked them up even more.
I now realise the original hormone imbalance was very likely diet and/or
parasite related (I suspect I've been harbouring these beasts since my early teens) and could well have been addressed with a good
parasite cleanse and good diet way back then, but we didn't know.
They have been scrounging off me for well over 40 years, holding me to ransom, making me fat, giving me borderline chronic fatigue, hormonal issues, diabetes and generally making my life a misery.
I've had enough.
Yesterday I increased the MSM to 6 grams over the day, took around 3 grams of Vit C, 30mg zinc, and 600mg Co-Q10, along with my other vits. I had a digestive enzyme with my meal, and some echinacea and goldenseal before bed. Whether it was any combination of those, or just coincidence I don't know, but after I went to bed I suddenly had what felt like intense enzyme activity all over my body, and especially concentrated in areas where I know the beasts to be.
It went on for a good half hour, and after that I was able to go to sleep. I slept for about 10 hours, undoubtedly doing a bit of make-up for all the hours I've missed over the last few months!
Whilst I understand this thing about biofilms and the
parasites protecting themselves, I don't think they are necessarily out to get us. I suspect our own bodies will protect them until they aren't needed any more. Perhaps once we start to give the body the tools it needs to be able to eliminate and deal with toxins and wastes properly, these unwanted clean-up merchants can be eliminated too.
I suppose the situation could be likened to giving workers free board and lodging. They have to take in order to be able to give. If they weren't there helping to deal with unwanted debris and detritus, could the outcome actually be worse in the long run? Is having to put up with their habitation the price for not having Cancer or some other nasty disease? I don't know.
I do wish I could afford to have my
Amalgams removed. Constant unrelenting mercury poisoning isn't doing any of us any favours.....
