So i have been doing the no breakfast distilled water fast each day until noon.
OK
it really is amazing after a few days, you realize you dont need that morning meal, just to drain your adrenals and energy
MOST CHILDREN WILL NEVER EAT BREAKFAST UNLESS FORCED TO LEARN IT AS A HABIT AND NO CHILD NATURALLY LIKES VEGETABLES OR WATER FOR THAT MATTER.
i was drinking lots of juice in the morning and would get really bad sugar/energy swings
THEN YOUR MIND MAY BE PLAYING TRICKS ON YOU OR YOU MAY HAVE A PANCREAS/STOMACH ISSUE--ONLY YOU CAN TELL OVER TIME.
i read in some book that too much sweet fruit
WELL, THAT ANSWERS THAT QUESTION----MENTAL. PEOPLE ARE SO ABUSED BY WORTHLESS AUTHORS THAT THE BRAIN DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE WHEN IT DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH SELF-EXPERIENCE......
I TELL PEOPLE THAT WEN THEY CAN'T ACCEPT BOOK I ABOUT HUMAN DIET, THEN THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF OTHER SOURCES TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIFE READING...
in the morning is draining on the adrenals
YA KNOW, I WOULD TAKE A GUESS AND SAY 95% OF ALL HUMANS ON THIS PLANET SPEND THEIR ENTIRE LIFE NEVER SAYING THE WORD "ADRENALS"......AND AT LEAST THAT MANY DON'T WHERE THEY ARE EVEN LOCATED IN THEIR BODY....AND IT IS EXTREMELY RARE TO READ ANYTHING ABOUT ADRENAL GLANDS IN OLD MEDICAL OR HERBAL BOOKS......
since they should be providing you with plenty of energy as you awake
THEY WILL DO WHAT YOUR HORMONES DIRECT ALONG WITH EVERY CELL OF THE BLOOD AND BRAIN BELIEVES NEEDS TO BE DONE....WOULD BE MY BEST GUESS...
it seems to be true, i can handle lots of sweet fruit later in the day with no sugar/energy swings
if i have a physically active morning i might break the fast mid-morning or so...but my office job doesnt require much of that, so there is really no need to eat before noon

MY AVERAGE DAY ENDS ABOUT 3-4 PM AND THAT OFTEN IS WHEN I TAKE MY FIRST DRINK OF THE DAY------I FIND THAT IF I DRINK OR EAT ANYTHING BEFORE THAT IT IS JUST AN EXCUSE TO STOP WORKING AND BE LAZY FOR AWHILE AND NOTHING BUT A LEARNED HABIT.......WHEN I WORKED IN THE FACTORY WE LEARNED HABITS BASED ON THE CLOCK---THE BEST THING YOU CAN EVER DO IS THROW AWAY THE WATCH.
