I'm residing in USA. I want to try Dr. Chritopher's 3 day cleanse diet. But it is asking for Prune juice which I could not locate. I tried to find fresh Prunes (European Plums) in USA but could NOT find. Online I might be able to get Dried Prunes but I am NOT sure how to prepare juice from dried prunes.

Could someone please help me how to get Prunes which Dr. Christopher has mentioned.
