DO the liver flush Only if you are going #2 at least 2-3 times a day or once per meal. This is a must! LBB helps get things moving and assists the body in repair so you can eliminate properly. These herbs feed the colon and are not a laxative. But you must be flowing in the right dirrection to get a proper flush. Do not be in a hurry to flush. Wait for the flow to be corrected.
The old fashion sitz used two wash tubs. One you sit in up to your navel with your knees, and arms, and torso up and out of the water. The second water pan was used for your feet. You then place a towel or blanket over you. The idea is to SWEAT! If you only have a bath tub, like most, then you fill it with the hotest water you can stand up to your navel. Knees out of the water and torso too, arms head etc. use a towel around your shoulders and knees. If you have never done this before, you might want a bowl of cool water nearby with a wash cloth to wipe your brow. You can get dizzy so be carefull. When 20 to 30 min are up or longer if you like, you should have a good sweat going.
Let the water out and run cool water and try to squat and splash the cool water where the sun don't shine, from the behind down. If you can not squat you can splash cool water as best as you can, maybe from the shower head?
Be careful geting out of the tub, dry off and go to bed for at least a half an hour. You should do this bath up to 3 times a day when you are feeling bad.
I hope to hear you are feeling better soon,
And I wanted to add that this is a Simple cure all. I was very stubbern and could not believe a tub would help me, it was tooooo simple----oh boy was I wrong. The free and cheap are the cures. Knowlege from here is priceless!!! : )
