IM 55 been there my friend felt just like you do now. Give it a try. Stop drinking coffee for a week to see what happens. Do not substitute it with decaffeinated.coffee. I was drinking it for years and years, and still I had the problem. Stop the coffee first. If it does not work, avoid all sources of caffeine. I heard that it worsens the problem.

Concentrate juice, and soy protein made my body smell terrible.

Drink green tea.Most of other teas have caffeine. Make gargles with peroxide for fresh breath. It will kill the old bacteria in your throat and mouth.
