This is a reply to # 2,097,651great film. and note how he used the word 'freedom' not 'liberty'... there is a very important distinction between the two, that i think most freedom minded people miss.
"We use liberty and freedom pretty much interchangeably today. Freedom, as a concept, is rooted in northern Europe, originating in Germany. Freedom is a birthright of all. Liberty is rooted in the Roman and Greek slave states. Liberty is granted to the few and denied to the many. It's the concepts that are important, not the labels. Call them what you will."

This is a reply to # 2,097,658Great article! thanks. As always it seems right from wrong is more a personal determination of which boat you are in. Once the boats are sunk and the remaining surviviors make it to shore we will see what shakes out. Honest money and hard work is the only way to insure true liberty, anything else is just playing Robin Hood all over again.
