I have a 33-year problem with a distorted/crushed disk in the spinal column.
Exercise does not make it better.
What I am attempting is to regenerate/rebuild/repair the disk from the inside by using the human immune system by means of proper nutrition, meaning the raw zero carbohydrate diet and extended iodine protocol.
The result is pain (I think from too much physical activity), but I can feel that it is changing, and I hope for the better.
