Ok, so I'm new here. I guess I should introduce myself because that is the formal way to things right? MY name is evan and I'm 15 years of age. So yeah... to the point. My dad cheats on my mom with internet girls and I've done my best to cover it up because my mom is a great person. She really is. My dad doesn't deserve her at all. He is a regular at the website www.adultfriendfinder.com? Normaly this kinda thing wouldn't bother me. I'd laugh it off. But it's the fact that is site isn't JUST xxx porn pics, its the last word in the site name... FINDER. Which means he is doing SOMETHING with SOMEONE other than my mother. -sigh-
Last night Dad threated to have it so doctors would have to wire my jaw shut... becuase i was on the phone. I called him an asshole and he told me everything he could to let me know how worthless i am. The thing is, he was talking to me. He wasn't cursing he wasn't yelling... just talking. you could tell that he meant everything he said.
My girlfriend broke up with me friday night, for reasons i dont know of. I probably should know. but... -sigh-
so yeah...
oh and i almost forgot, goodbyes are good too. I'll see you all around.

It is really important to tell someone about the way your father is acting... he is wrong, and hurting you and your mother.....

Wow. What an utter shit you have for a father. All I can say is do what you can to get out of that situation as soon as you turn 18. There's just no dealing with people like that, and there's no way you can protect your mother. She's the adult, she should be protecting YOU. If she's made it to her advanced age and managed to still be so ignorant, then she must be in tons of denial. Nothing you can do. This is a reply to # 20,956You are okay. I remember being 15, stuck in a house where nobody was happy. I am now thirty six and landed in a wonderful place. The road was long and hard but well worth it. Let me tell you a short story about the place I had to live. Middle class America, but if you could see the Jerry springer like antics my family put me through. To escape the pain I drank and did drugs from the time I was 11 to 23. My parents not only cheated on each other they kept it in the family. Really twisted shit. I was so close to ending it all on many a night. But here I am happy smiling and cheerful. Nobody not even me could have ever imagined such a beautiful place. So hang in there. A few more years you could be out on your own, doing it your way. Please trust me, This to shall pass. It is all about phases and change and being able to hang no matter what cards you are delt. You can get through , just breathe deeply and call on some friends to help you . Love, A

MoreThis is a reply to # 21,011Metal - You can find someone you feel confortable with and trust to talk with. You can get involved in some schoola ctivities or community groups. You can volunteer - my point is, you can live your life, and develop yourself - and have escape from your home. Escape that does not involve alcohol or drugs. Also, if your father keeps making threats to you - call children's services - they will assist you to emancipate, and will support you, including paying for yoru education and living expenses, till you are 21.
Take care of you - you came here, and you sound like a sensitive (positive quality) and articulate person!
If you are all this at age 15 - just think of the years to come! Just think of who you can and will be - at your making!
