I've made a bunch of SSKI
(thank you Trapper!), and I have ramped up to 5 grams over the past several days. I hope to do this for about 3 months.
In the recent past, when I have dipped into the 1-2 gram range, I noticed I began forgetting to take my ADHD medication and still felt good, if not better. As I was building up to the 5 grams over the past several days, again, I noticed I was not taking my medication.
I feel calm, less stressed, able to focus my mind better and all in all, I don't feel like I am running around in circles not able to get anything done (how I usually am).
I am hoping this will help me get away from the pharma drugs and still be productive like I know I can and should be. Maybe end up with a maintenance dose of 1-2 grams daily after its all said and done.
