Dr. Lam has said intolerance to sun exposure can mean "a sign of internal weakeness" - your underlying healing is not yet complete.
One thing I have found to help is astaxanthin at 6/mg a day. It acts as a natural anti-oxidant and sunscreen... noticably reduces sunburn and sun fatigue, in my experience. It was very, very slightly energizing...but had no bad reactions with AFS supplements like C, pantethine, etc.
I was having a HEAT intolerance (not specifically sun, but sun sure did not help) and I just discovered that it was a symptom of subclinical low thyroid function. Taking a combination of the supplements: kelp(iodine, iron), ashwaganda extract, selenium, and rosemary leaf - helped improve my t4 to t3 conversion and heat tolerance seems to be better already.
