I REMEMBER AS A CHILD WHEN THE FIRST 1 CAME TO MY STATE, WE WOULD TRAVEL TO IT ONCE A YEAR TO EXPERIENCE THE IDEA THAT OTHERS WOULD COOK FOR US AND FOR ABOUT $2 FEED THE ENTIRE FAMILY.
Yes, I know that the ideal is the mono fruit diet and I may get there one day.

I'm not going completely opposite to Book 1, in my opinion. The Author talks about the importance of eating starches separately from proteins,
KEEP IN MIND, THE AUTHOR HATED THE NONE FRUIT DIET, SO EVERYTHING WRITTEN ABOUT BLENDING FOODS WAS SOMETHING HIS CLINIC CAME UP WITH FOR THOSE WHO THEY KNEW WAS GOING TO GO HOME AND RETURN TO THEIR NORMAL DIET, SO FOOD COMBINDING WAS AN OPTION TO HELP SLOW DOWN THE PROBLEMS OF WRONG FOODS..............OTHERWISE THE BOOK WAS TO TEACH THAT WE HUMANS ARE CREATED TO EAT SWEET TREE FRUITS ONLY AND BEYOND THAT ALL FOODS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.

I also think that, whatever we eat, we have better health if we are happy and peaceful.
YES, THAT IS KEY, BE STRESS FREE.

This is making me want to read Book 1 again, I get something new from it every time I read it.
BOOK II, III, IV, V, ETC......EXIST.....AND BOOK I IS MY FIRST GREAT AUTHOR, BUT NOT MY MOST FAVORITE....HIS CLOSE FRIEND IS MY FAVORITE ONE..HIS BOOKS BARELY EXIST TODAY, I WAS ABLE TO FIND MAYBE 1/2 OF THEM AND PUT THEM IN THE SCHOOL FOLDER...NATURALLY BEING OLD MEDICAL MEN, THEY USED NO HERBS AND SINCE THEY COST ME $$$$ TO CUT UP, SCAN, ETC. I KEEP THEM IN THE SCHOOL FOLDERS FOR THOSE SEEKING "MORE".
