I don't know if it's part of a set protocol to take on an empty stomach but none of them seem to upset mine. So I think it should be o.k. The Wormwood
is something that you should take for sure, but I haven't heard good reviews when people take a break from it and go back using it again. So, it may not work as well as it did the second time around. I'm not aware of a particular diet that is best. Fructose aggravated my flukes including sugar. I tolerated lots of ginger o.k. I still struggle with exactly what you are asking. I dont' really know what the answer would be. I think it depends particularly on the parasite
you are trying to treat. With ones that utilize glutathione, like the fasciola flukes I get weary eating lots of vegetables and high sulfer foods to strengthen that. In theory a healthy body should be able to handle killing off any parasite
better. Also, there must be a reason that I have had so many drugs fail for me and I think it has to do with heavy metal toxicity and low glutathione, which MSM can help with.
Out of all of that, one thing for sure is getting quality sleep. It really is essential. I am taking Ativan right now. I think the other sleep aid people have recommended is valerian root. But, getting quality sleep will help in so many ways.
You mentioned your brain waking up. Do you feel something is inside it. Have you ever had fluid draining from your temples or anything like that? If you are near mexico, getting MRI's is about 35% of the cost of here in the states. In my experience the level of care exceeds what I get here in the u.s..
For sure stay away from the sugars. I think there were some carrot juice fasts that helped some people. Coq10 is another one people have had good luck with. Hopefully as the cleanse goes on you can get a better idea of what kind of parasites
you have and you can tailor things more to fight them. I hope some of this was helpful. I forgot, alkalizing the body has helped me. I typically use lemon juice thru a straw and wash my mouth out with baking soda.
