Redundant101
Hey, Dr Jeff..
I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago. I was desperate at the time for an answer and my judgement was clouded. My Gallbladder function was obviously low because of the fungal infection, which of course suppresses your HCL production.
I found out about the fungal infection from a Naturopath of course, she obviously isn't an 'expert' like yourself and labeled it as a yeast infection and gave me some of her products and put me on the typical anti-candida diet. Anyways. it took me a while to figure out that this protocol wasn't working the way I wanted and so I eventually found you and your research.
I'm a week in to the plan and I'm already starting to feel like myself again. The blood sugar protocol and the HCL protocol are paramount.
Is there anything you recommend for lack of a gallbladder that may help in the healing process. I take 1000mg ox bile with meals like eggs, avocado, beef, turkey, fish....
Do you think that's enough? Also what time do you recommend I take the ox bile? Would it be ok to take with the HCL after a couple of bites or would it be best to wait a certain amount of time after the meal for more effectiveness?
I also have gastritis, would that hinder anything at all? I assume that will take care of itself as I rid myself of the fungus and excess yeast, and my body is back to functioning adequately.
Thanks for your time.
