Does anyone here know of effective scar remedies
internally and externally?
I can vote for avocado,taht it has an ingredient called
avogen (which is found only in avocados) and help
the skin build its extracellular matrix.

I exfoliate with an exfoliating scrub for brown spots. It has gotten rd of all of my brown spots and leaves the skin smooth.
