Mostly fruit and a salad (3000 calories a day), I did it 2 weeks just started, I avoid added oils, minimal salt, I am trying to get to no salt at all, some tahini on salads. I keep my ratio's 80 carbs, 10 protein, 10 fats. I eat some rice and potatoes at times with vegetables.
Now I'm fasting, but going to continue the diet once I'm finished, thinking fasting will make it easier for me to give up the salts making me more sensitive to tastes in vegetables.
The 80-10-10 diet is fruitarian, but you can do the Mc Dougall diet which is cooked starches, ratios around the same, no added oils fats salts.
