Choose your equipment depending upon where you intend doing the enema. I find a hanging rubber bag type to be most suitable because I can hang it on the top of a door using a plastic door hanger and metal hook which gives good pressure. There are closed containers which need to be placed upon a table etc.
Get some lubricating jelly. Make sure the water you use is pure, free from chlorine and fluoride and is close to body temperature. Then make an attempt but don't expect too much, do it as a trial and find out how you get on.
Later you can do a high enema when you are okay with the basic stuff.
You won't get any further than the colon, transverse colon most likely, possibly the ascending colon if your lucky.
Be careful using oils. I tried it and was crapping oil for what seemed like days.
