Hey guys!
So, I'm starting a fast of only water tomorrow- specifically for weight loss, but also to get in touch with my inner Buddhist. I want to know if anyone has had a good experience while doing this? Could you tell me if you lost fat while doing this?
I am not horrendously overweight (197, 5'6" which sounds bad, but I have very dense bones [my whole family does]) and my goal is to lose around 40-45 pounds... Is it possible? Lol, lots of questions, I know... I'm such a newbie! Any advice you fasting veterans can give me would be extremely appreciated.
(I have eaten very healthy previous to this, so I am not deficient in any of my minerals and such... had my blood work done last week)
