Hi. I started the
Water Fast this Tuesday, Monday I had juice, water and some peanuts. Am 165cm tall and weight is 77.5 kg checked Monday morning. I intend to do the
Water Fast for 15 days. I need to get to 60 kg. I read some articles on the Internet that a person can loose to around 5 kg in the first week and 3.5 kg on the second week and 500 gr a day after. Anyone, let me have your thoughts, comments and experience on this. Thanks.
