I have discovered another thing that has been really helping me the last few months. I have been eating red meat 5 times a week for April and May, I was feeling good and strong, no dizziness and plenty of energy.
For the last 5 days I didn't have any, not by choice it just worked out that way. I was so dizzy every time i stood up, i had so little energy i spent most of the time on the sofa or in bed. I only realised what the problem was when i had beef for dinner last night and picked up immediately.
I have a really low iron level, it ranges between 0.6 - 0.9, what I have realised is a lot of the symptoms that I thought were due to weak adrenals are actually due to low iron.
Has anyone had a major improvement in their iron level on arl?
