I've reduced my meat intake by probably 85-95% since getting EC, and the meat I do it, is now mostly organic (knowing how "regular" meat is produced and what's in it). But I have not seen any difference. I'm now on my way to going vegan maybe 3-4 days a week, and I still don't see a difference regarding my EC.
It's interesting that "eating meat every day" counts as "I do not eat a lot of meat" :-). I guess a few decades ago some people had meat maybe once a week, on sundays.. :-D
