I would love to know the same thing, I started DE about 6 weeks ago, and was stunned to start passing critters - flukes and worms, looks like so far. I wanted to do a really good all around herbal cleanse, and this one seems to be the best, but I got an error on checkout..I sure hope they are around!

I too have been trying to get hold of someone by phone, no help. Just a generic "Magic Jack" voicemail mssg. Nobody returning mssgs :( After reading of others not getting orders/confirmation, I looked around on their site and realized something...THEY HAVE DISTRIBUTORS WE CAN BUY FROM INSTEAD! :)

Maybe we should be ordering from their "authorized distributors" instead for now until they get their business in order :-p

I just found out from one of the distributors what's been going on with Humaworm. Yes they are still in business. They are just backed up with orders right now. They are expanding due to increased demand, their phones have been ringing off the hook! So they're going through a bit of "growing pains" for the time being.

The sudden increase in business is mainly due to two things:

1. Humaworm being mentioned in a new NY Times bestseller book called "The Mercury Diaries" (true story)
2. Shipment is now allowed to previously-restricted countries, UK and Norway

And one of their (few) workers they have on staff was out sick last wk on top of that.

They said to just be patient, they're about 2 weeks behind right now and should (hopefully) get caught up soon.

ALSO, if you're considering going through a distributor as mentioned above, keep in mind (I just found this out too) that IF you want the most fresh herbs possible, you may want to consider ordering directly from Humaworm co and waiting the extra time because the distributors pre-order the herb from them and then freeze. They do stay good as long as they're kept in the freezer, but the fresher the better I think ;)
