My naturopath suggested that I take 2500mg vitamin c twice a day. A couple days in my urine started coming out orange usually in the mornings. It is a bright orange and then I started to have what felt like bladder pains during urination. I was concerned so I stopped taking the vitamin c for about a week and then tried to slowly reintroduce the dosage. Within two days at 2500mg the orange urine returned. This happened with two separate brands of corn free buffered vitamin C. I'm really hoping to get the immune boosting benefits of taking vitamin c, is the orange urine a sign that it is doing harm? Should I try unbuffered vitamin c or will I have the same results?
Haha, no they said eat less fruit. I am supposed to eliminate Sugar from my diet as much as possible and snack on a small amount of fruit if I have cravings. I'm trying to clear a precancerous condition.
I listen to the following health activist a lot because he does a great job of debunking the myths about fruit and also exposes all the scamsters who warn about eating too much fruit, but want you to buy all their pricey supplements.
