Anyone know if you can cat's claw and gse within hours of each other?

I feel like for candida, parasites and lyme disease these herbs seem to help as they've given me die off symptoms in the past, i wonder if it is safe to take both in the same day as they both seem to have blood thinning properties to them. Maybe they can also be switched off to different days. Anyone know?
