I plan on ordering much more especially your iodine. I just have a few question. I order the P/W capsules how many should I take in a day?
P/W E CAPSULES; I TAKE 4 DAILY WHEN I AM NOT TAKING THE NEWER 2013 CONCENTRATE WHICH IS THE SAME THEORY AS P/W E ONLY MUCH / MUCH MORE.

So far I take about 10 olive leaf extract and i am almost up to 8 LBB.
P/W E CAPSULES HAVE OLIVE LEAF AND 8 LBB DAILY FOR 9 MONTHS WOULD BE IDEAL AND THEN REDUCE TO ABOUT 1 POUND OR LESS PER YEAR AS NEEDED BASED ON THE DIET AND COLON HEALTH.

I try taking 1 tablespoon of the iodine. But dont know when the best time to consume it is...in the morning or evening.
IF YOU HAVE THE IODINE MINERALS 16 OZ BOTTLE THAT WOULD BE A FINE DOSE, IF YOU HAVE THE 8 OUNCE GLASS BOTTLE, THAT WOULD BE TOO MUCH. IDEALLY WHEN YOU WANT HERBS TO STAY IN YOU, TAKE THEM AT BED TIME, BUT WITH NATURAL IODINE YOU MAY HAVE TOO MUCH ENERGY TO SLEEP WELL, SO I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING IT IN THE MORNING HOURS.
