I woke up this morning feeling kind of dizzy and my stomach was gnawing at me. I didn't feel like I had to defecate but I was thinking that might be the reason. I saw the same thing in my stool and until today I payed not much mind to it thinking it was just seeds, but then I was like seeds from what. I'm sure now it's either worms, parasites, candida etc. I've had fungal random fungal skin problems many times and I used to have what I assumed was IBS. Got better when I went Vegan but it still wasn't enough. I've been on and off of a high water content fruit and simple salad diet and I've been intermittent dry fasting (at least 12 hrs everyday). I'm sure in time this will starve whatever it is off. I've seen alot of benefits from this lifestyle change. Energy increase, strength and weight increase, healthy skin, no more bags under my eyes, no more lower back pain, no more bad breath, no more bad body odor, most the time no bad stool odor, no more irritation after eating, a wart under my foot is coming right off and many other things. I think this diet can help drastically. It will take time I'm sure but in order to be a great host for parasites you have to be acidic. I also feel like that sensation in the stomach or the gurgling is actually the parasites signaling for nourishment. A fast of a couple days will help you to understand that hunger is not actually a sensation of the stomach. We have to be aggressive with our methods to get rid of these suckers but not to the point where we dammage our bodies. Just stick to a strict diet and let Nature do the work. If I see any miraculous results like an actual whole worm come out or something I'll share the results.
