MH 108
Hi MH,
HELLO
I try to use fresh pressed juice when I can - nothing compares in my personal experience,
THAT IS THE BEST
but like many with a busy lifestyle that is not always possible,
SURE
so when buying from the supermarket pasturised juice is often bought.
WE BUY ALLOT OF THIS AND ALWAYS BUY NO FROM CONCENTRATE. I WILL NOT BUY A JUICE FROM A CONCENTRATE EVER, YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST DRINK CITY WATER AND THAT IDEA MAKES ME "GAG".
I noticed last time something which I have not seen before.
Apparently a "coldpressed" juice which states:
"100% juice retains the pure taste, nutrition and antioxidants of fresh fruit because we don't cook it. Pasteurised cold using high pressure processing (HPP)."
OK, THE SCIENTIST ARE ALWAYS COMING UP WITH NEW WAYS AND THIS IS PROBABLY 1 OF THE NEW WAYS COMING...
I have no idea whether this statement is accurate or not,
but just wanted your opinion if have any an experience with this type of juice,
and if you would rate it over standard heat pasturisation,
when needs must.
COLD WOULD BE BEST, YOU WOULD HAVE TO LOOK UP THIS METHOD AND SEE WHAT IT IS, ODDS ARE IT IS BETTER AS LONG AS NO CHEMICALS ARE FINDING THEIR WAY INTO THE PRODUCT.
BLESSINGS,
MH
Thanks,
Dirk.
