Hello, um, I believe I have a candida infection, as I'm experiencing about 80 - 90% of the symptoms, and they seem to worsen whenever I eat foods high in sugar, gluten, carbs, stuff with a lot of grease, etc. I'd get into all of my symptoms, but, seriously, just look at a list of them on the internet and I've got nearly all of them, except like.. thrush (though my saliva is very thick, and it has a lot of bubbles (it started getting that way after I had my wisdom teeth removed)). I've recently (over the past couple months) developed a sinus infection, which is only getting worse, and I think it's messed up my eustachian tubes or something, 'cause I feel like.. mucous or something is draining into my middle ears (they always feel like there's pressure in them, they make sounds when I yawn or swallow, sometimes I get these burning sensations in my ears, aches, and stuff (oh, yeah, and I developed tinnitus a few weeks ago in my left ear, and now it's starting in my right ear). I've also been experiencing a lot of pressure, burning, and tingling sensations in my head for quite a few months now, failing vision, difficulty expressing myself, etc. I'd like to start a candida cleanse/diet, but I don't know how to go about doing it, what supplements/probiotics to get, or anything like that, 'cause there's so much garbage about it, differing opinions, and it's all so confusing. I'm really getting fed up with life, and I often feel like it would be much better if I simply did not exist. Honestly, it's getting to where I can't take it anymore, I can't get any help from anyone, doctors or family, and I'm about to give up. The worst is the tinnitus, 'cause there's really no escape. I'm literally in tears right now. I just want some help, but I feel like I'm never going to get any, ever. Why do things like this have to exist? Why do some people have to suffer so much while others get to live their lives without a hitch? Why do I have to have something that shares so many symptoms with other stuff that it's nearly impossible to diagnose/treat? I'm losing my mind because of it, and, like I said, I'm not gonna make it much longer; I'm only 21, and, if things keep going like they are, I swear to God and everything in existence that I won't live to see 22.
So, yeah, if someone could direct me to some guides that aren't too confusing, good diet plans, some not-so-expensive probiotics/supplements that work, and stuff like that, I'd love it. I want to try the diet out for awhile to see if it helps. I tried it for a few days a couple weeks ago, and I was having all these aches and stuff, which I assume was the die off, like.. real bad aches in my legs (sort of like you'd get with the flu or something), but I gave in and started eating processed foods again, 'cause I didn't have the money for organic foods/vitamins, supplements, or probiotics at the time, and I was basically starving to death. What I noticed is that I instantly felt better after I ate the processed food, and all the aches and stuff went away within an hour. Oh, I guess it should be noted that I plan to get tested for AIDS, Lyme disease, and I'm going to see a dentist to have him/her check my tmj, and to look for any oral fistulas. Anyway, yeah, if you could help me with the candida diet, picking some vitamins or herbal stuff (I've heard oil of oregano capsules are good for sinus infections), and probiotics (I've read that they don't actually cure your gut problems, rather they help get rid of the candida so long as you're taking them, which is okay with me - I'm willing to alternate between different brands for as long as I'm dieting (if it helps, it'll probably be a lifelong thing)).
Also, if it's worse noting, I don't seem to get sick anymore (common colds, bronchitis, flu, etc.), which doesn't seem right, as it's obvious my immune system isn't healthy. I'm really, REALLY fearful of Lyme. :/, also, I have like.. lots of twitches.
Please, help. Thanks.
I'll be back in a few hours to check for responses. I'm gonna go have a last meal at my favorite taco place.
