Hi all been reading for weeks here before my first post. I believe I have Candida though my doctors western doctors have said no freaking way after drawing blood 30 times in the course of 9 months with still no diagnosis. I am starting to finally feel a wee bit better. Symptoms Fatigue, burning eyes, sinus pain but no infection confirmed by endoscopy, ringworm multiple areas(doctors said latter is only topical) I think it may be related, bad athletes foot and fungus toenails, extreme weight loss despite 3000 calories a day on a candida diet. Recently I started eating Green bananas and oatmeal with a tablespoon of VCO. Additionally, since I have had digestive issues flatulence bloating in the gut even with the Candida diet using digestive enzymes, I decided to add a digestive enzyme capsul directly to the bowl of green bananas oatmeal and VCO before consuming which seems to predigest it well. I have had no rumbling in my gut and gas is way down. QUESTION: Some say oatmeal or brown rice is a no no (I sprouted mine with green tea/water to reduce phytic acid and increase nutrient availability). Others say it is fine for some. What is your take? All I know is the latter procedure is making my gut feel better and I have a little less fatigue.
