Hi everyone.
I've only just recently started reading up on parasites as I found something odd looking in one of my bowel movements :$. Well, I won't go into detail, but I basically just want some advice on parasite cleansing.

What product would you recommend? I've read up on Clarkia , and was wondering if anyone that had used it could provide some insight into whether it works well? Whether that's all I need to take, or if something else would be beneficial?

I was also wondering how I would know if all the parasites were gone after using a parasite cleanse? & finally, whether it is ok to do a parasite cleanse before a colon cleanse?
