i had something similar happen when i switched to aor malate. only lasted a few days if i can recall. mag malate chelates aluminum, so likely part or most of that is from getting aluminum stirred up in the brain. could also be from liver dumps too from the stone dissolving. either way, its a good sign. gotta get worse to get better. the key IME, is learning how to not rush this war, and take a balanced approach, else u will be constantly throwing yourself of the tracks so to speak. seratonergics and gabaergics do wonders for me.

great observation with the aspartates, with the fully reacted and mg differences. guess the only way to know is to by both and compare. the one i have is not fully reacted and it definantly works, seemingly better then now foods version of it too.
