Ya, I could agree with u that many illnesses have their own roots and require their own solutions. THOUGH... when a body heels itself (when particular conditions like Proper healthy Diet
are met) it does NOT heal itself Selectively (be it high cholesterol or Arthritis
or other things).. it heals itself as a COMPLEX. And a Complex of things should work together to get the DESIRED result - to be Healthy! Among them - preferably organic, no GMO, raw (cabbage based) salads and greens (at least 51% raw, more is better), meat in moderations (IF ANY) and organic (and Antibiotic
and hormone free) only plus animals should be grass fed not crap fed, fresh juices, no sugar, green foods (organic spirulina, chlorella, chia seeds, kelp, MACA.. ), liver (kidney, bowl, parasite
cleanse) and so on. Fish is better eaten with chlorella coz fish nowadays is contaminated with heavy metals and chlorella Absorbs and carry away those healvy metals from our body.
It all can heal with time and it will be a SURE thing.. but nowadays our food is depleated of vitamines and we do need also take supplements (preferably whenever it is possible in softgel form, liquids, green food powders). Plus some of us not going to change that much their ways of food consumption then WHY NOT to try the PROVED by many ways to heal some of ur health issues or at least to give a BOOST of energy (natural one) just to keep going) by consuming high doses of vit B3 (the suggestion of doses are in that article)? Or u prefer using drugs instead?
