It is kind of hard to navagate. My old ad agency boss always told me "never make the customer work too hard or you'll lose him in the first few seconds " so we always put basic product info, product knowledge, price, ordering info, etc. in easy to see places, makes it easy for customers to find product info, comprehend and order. It's hard trying for days to understand or order a new or old product, automation fixes that. I had old price lists but they do not have annointing oil or spice for life prices, and MH is always mentioning new products that sound interesting. It will be great when MH lists prices and product info on his website. And I agree paypal is a reliable company with a good reputation, everyone I know who has a website online is satisfied with paypals shopping carts and payment and payout methods. Still, I do not mind ordering by snail mail, I am just into clearing clutter these days and do not keep everyones price lists in my pocket, and I do not like to ask MH to have to repeat price and shipping costs over and over. Anyway, most smaller ticket consumer purchases are spur of the moment when people get paid and can afford them. It will be great when MH has all that info on his website with all the great herbal and natural products info and online ordering capability. Then ordering will be as simple as pushing a few buttons. I like automation and the internet. E-commerce is here to stay, esp. for specialty items and education etc., that can not be procured locally.
