Hello All:
For last week I have had a swollen toe and it hurts with excruciating pain. The docs told me I have gout.
Also I always take 10 drops of Lugol's first thing in the morning, which I bumped it to 50 drops. This helped me a lot because the swelling went down.
I do want to find the root cause and this never happen to me again.
I am planning to do Liver-Flush this weekend. If anyone has any experience with gout that was helped by LF, please post here. I need all help I can get.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,997,658IIRC, an examination of how much fructose being consumed may help. This includes fruit, sucrose, HFCS, etc.

This is a reply to # 1,997,855Thank you both for responding. Lugol's with vitamin C pushes have helped me a lot. There is still some swelling but should go away soon as I am going to start eating cherries and getting cherry extract.

Dr Clark has a kidney cleanse which works very well to get rid of kidney stones as well, but you have to cook it into a tea that you drink for 2 weeks.
I would put each serving in a zipplock small screw on container and put into the freezer.
I would take out each days use and let thaw and drink.

Thank you for the last post. I have a cyst on my left kidney. Even though it does not hurt me and it has been there for ever, I think this tea may also help.

My mom has had a 35cm cyst on her kidney for years and once I got her D levels up and used Serrapeptase, the cyst shrunk 4mm in 3 months. I think the vitamin D is what is really shrinking it.
She had nodules in her lungs and all of them shrunk 4mm as well.
