My problem stems from malabsorption of magnesium. I have all the symptoms of low magnesium, constantly restless legs being the worst - second to the smell. I simply can't absorb magnesium!
Desperate for a relief I tried zinc. However, I over used it and now experience even worse malabsorption and hair loss!
The search continued..
After several months of taking magnesium supplements (this time with hcl betaine) something very unusual happened; magnesium accumulated in my chest area (lungs?) but not the rest of the body. I woke up with a fresh smell for nearly a week but couldn't figure out whether the problem disappeared or not because I will had the restless legs syndrome. It's not going where it's supposed to and this the most frustrating experience ever. The zinc has caused more damage it seems.
It's an unbearably incomprehensible suffering knowing the solution to this nightmare yet to remain unable to fix it.
