I can predict what she will say. She will say that your TSH is too high, Iodine
causes a temporary rise in your TSH which simply proves that your thyroid is absorbing its much needed iodine.

IMO, if you tell her about iodine, she is very likely to disparage it, because iodine is a threat to her future income. She does NOT want you cured with iodine. Just my humble opinions and I could be wrong. If she embraces iodine, she is a wonderful doctor & a KEEPER !
