I'm reading mixed messages about this. Should I be taking Iodoral at the same time as vitamin C or separately? Are there any other supplements that can interfere with absorption? I take bunches!

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,994,569If you take iodoral in the AM, then take your Vitamic C in the evening. Vitamin C converts the Potassium Iodine into iodine.

This is a reply to # 1,994,584Iodine is two Iodide atoms (reactive), vitamin C (antioxidant) will interact to form iodides.
After decontaminating water, Iodine leaves behind a taste. Vitamin C removes it by anti-oxidizing the left-over Iodine to iodides.
