I just wanted to mention that I received the results of some blood work from my doctor and all of my work is in the normal range. Notably, I am no longer anemic (and I have been anemic for at least 3 decades) and my non-blood sugar level was 79 from the high 80s, occasionally mid-90s.
How did the candida plan, along with probiotics normalize iron levels? I've only been on the HCL protocol for a little over a week and the blood test was taken just prior to beginning the hcl so I don't see how it could be the improved digestion from the hcl.
