Hello dr.McCombs,
What is your opinion on solving low HCl when having H.pilory and Candida in the same time?
My guess should be to treat H.Pilory first so that the Hcl level come back to normal.
Trying HCl supplements (as it helps keep candida in control) but made things worst. I guess not a good ideea taking Hcl supplements while still having H.pilory.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,991,963I would treat everything via the Candida Plan and possibly HCL supplementation. H. pylori doesn't create low HCL, so addressing it first won't resolve anything. What was it that you noticed getting worse?

The most noticeable worstening simptoms;
- constipation got worst since 3 weeks
- not digesting food in the stomach (felt like is sitting there); could also the gallbladder
- silent reflux almost all the time but especially at night. i have also h.hernia
- bloating but somehow with a „soft“ abdomen?
- my feet are very very "heavy" somehow (could be toxins from constipation)
- dehidrated after drinking water? pee senzation, dry mouth, dehidrated lips, (made me think of bacteria)
Well, these are the simptoms that worsten lately.
