Yipes sounds like we share the same gremlins.
I am using a laptop with windows xp and downloaded it onto disc. It opened just fine but who is to know.

So far nobody I have given it to has had any trouble so lets hope it does the same for you mh. I can well imagine your embarassment with the Korean guy. Still they want your stuff so tis proof enough that what you do is worth even your computer crashing. Much as I hate to say it. ..once you have one its devastating to be without even the simple thing like a search engine. HOw soon we grow reliant on the gadgets.

Please call me if there is any confusion. Its the simplist software I have used for converting pics yet. Most complicated thing is opening the file.
