Thank you for posting this. I thought this was a joke when I watched this guy slamming all those eggs. Wow. And how horrible must that bread be?
I was curious what you thought of this, and the real question, with all the STUFF put aside was: Will the black cumin seed oil help/aid in the burning of fat, provided that someone is eating a nutritous based diet. I personally am about 90 percent organic. No breads, no grains, no sugars, no dairy. Fat burning has kicked in and I just love it. I feel 100 percent better. Also not a lot of red meat. If I do it is grass fed only.
I am even considering growing the black cumin seed and am an avid gardener on top of that. That too is totally organic or I won't bother with it no matter what.
I am fascinated by what I've read on your forum with respect to black cumin seed oil. I will be looking at your page to purchase both the seeds and the oil.
Last question: Is there a black cumin seed oil tea available out there? If so, could you please direct me, and you've probably got this listed, but what is the amount per day a person is able to ingest? My question to you would be: How much would you take per day. I'll go with that.
Again, thank you for your time and efforts in helping me understand this fabulous herb.
Blessings and have a safe holiday weekend.
