I tried something new to start my day. I added to my orange juice:
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tsp olive leaf powder
1 tsp raw organic dark maple syrup
Personally, I think that's way better than the "super foods" sold in stores.
I added the garlic because I need better circulation. I also understand that it helps with constipation (which is at the root of all disease).
I added the olive leaf powder because you highly recommend it and I've been reading the little Olive Leaf book.
I added the maple syrup because I think it has just about all the minerals needed to sustain life.
What are your thoughts? Maybe I should add a little cayenne to it.
