Was woundering if you have come across such a product before and what your opinion is of it.
THE PHILIPINE BOOK THAT STARTED THE COCONUT OIL CRAZE SUGGEST FERMENTED COCONUT. SEEMS IT NEEDS TO ROT A LITTLE.
My supplier of coconut oil told me today of a different variety they are now stocking.
THEN YOU WILL KNOW AS MUCH AS MOST KNOW ON THE SUBJECT.
It comes from Ghana in Africa as opposed to Sri Lanka in Asia.
It is a cold pressed, "fermented" virgin coconut oil.
OK, WONDER HOW YOU "FERMENT" AN OIL? CAN YOU ROT AND THEN STOP THE ROT?????? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm NEVER QUITE MADE SENSE TO ME. I HAVE NOTICED THIS, PEOPLE TRY COCONUT PRODUCTS AND SEEM TO NEVER STAY WITH IT.
They way they are marketing it is due to the fermentation process this version is especially gut friendly as well as the usual coconut oil benefits.
Considering trying it out.
What are your thought?
COCONUT MEAT IS VERY CHEAP AND THE REAL DEAL, COCONUT OIL?
