That is interesting, and may transpire to be most reassuring later - if I am to suffer the same temperature fluctuations.

I drank a double-dose of Essiac tea last night and was elevated to an all-new plane of pleasure! I had to lie down as I felt the tea coarse through my veins (this must be due, in part, to my fasting) and proceeded to experience muscle spasms and extreme tingling all through my body. It is no exaggeration when I say that I felt "high," in the drug-induced sense; in fact, once the muscle spasms had ceased I looked out into the star-filled night sky and all appeared different to me...

Is intense blood purification somewhat akin to an hallucinogen?!

I have no plans whatsoever as to the duration of the fast. I shall fast as long as my body sees fit; I began fasting without contemplation and I expect I shall cease likewise.

What I am uncertain of is whether or not it is wise to begin the kidney cleanse and dewormer whilst remaining on the fast. Logic declares a resounding "YES!" but I would appreciate some thoughts or confirmation from those with more experience than I.
