man, that is one wild pic of bromoderma. nasty. mountain dew addict? fire retardant manufacturing plant worker? airline pilot?
this caution you give about low dosing is not exactly correct. it contains a lot of truth though.
when it comes to
Iodine intake, the individual is what counts. i want people to get the benefits of
Iodine but i also dont want them to suffer needlessly in the process.
what really works is cleansing and flushing first before any iodine. thats what i would caution people to do who have heavy metal and halogen exposure. everyone who has done a sufficient job of cleaning up and making sure circulation and elimination are at peak have had no problem at all. those who have intentionally ingested fluoridated drugs for a period of time have a nightmare in their hands, even with flushing. prozac, paxil and cipro anyone?
the minimum dose i recommend of 100mg would kick that bromine right on out and nourish the skin so that the symptoms are much more tolerable.
